Everything was in proper working order, it was so quiet, you could almost hear a pin drop-and the slider door had a security bar across the stationary glass. My room was quite adequately sized, spotlessly clean, and with most all of the furnishings looking like new. None of this was even close to being an issue. I had a room on the ground floor, which always makes for easy access, but can also be noisy, and there was a slider door that opened to the parking lot which can (being in s strange city) sometimes raise safety concerns. Just to the south of MCI and immediately off the highway exit, it's super-easy to get into and out of.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this location. Having never stayed at one of these Sonesta hotels before, all I can say is, 'Wow'.
